About

photo-identite.io is a free tool that lets you frame, crop and format a photo for a passport, ID card, visa, or other official document, country by country.

The site is not affiliated with any government, embassy, or consulate. It's an independent tool: it helps you prepare a photo that matches the dimensions typically required, but it cannot guarantee acceptance — only the authority handling your application can confirm that.

Photos imported directly are processed in your browser: they are not sent to or stored on our servers. QR transfer uses only a temporary relay that is deleted after retrieval.

The formats we offer are based on official sources whenever they are publicly available (listed on each format page), and otherwise fall back to the international ICAO 9303 standard when we could not find an official text specific to a country.

The site is available in French, English, Spanish, and Arabic, and covers more than 180 countries and around twenty document types.

The site is built and maintained by Delta Ossere. For any question, see the Contact page.
